3 chicken breasts, cooked and cut into strips
1 clove of garlic
1 chopped onion
1 can cream-of-chicken
2 tsp. of butter
1 cup sharp Cheddar cheese (shredded)
2 tbsp. of flour
8 oz. sour-cream
8 to 10 flour-tortillas

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Brown garlic clove and onion in butter until tender.
Mix flour and sour cream.
Add to onions.
Stirring in the cream of chicken soup.
Cooking to a boil, stir to prevent it from sticking.
Add 1/2 of chicken and cheese.
Warm your tortillas in oven or microwave.
Spoon your chicken mixture onto tortillas then wrap.
Lay them seam side down in a casserole dish.
Add remaining sauce and your grated cheese on top.
Bake Chicken Enchiladas for about 15 minutes.
