
Black Bean Salad
1 can black beans
1 can whole green beans
1 can red kidney beans
1 can lima Beans
1 can navy beans
1 medium red onion diced
1 celery stalk
1 bell pepper diced
Black Bean Salad Dressing:
1/2 cup olive oil
3/4 cup cider vinegar
1 tsp. dried tarragon
1 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. mustard powder
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
Empty cans of beans into a colander and rinse under cold water.
Add dressing ingredients and mix.
Put beans and other vegetables into your bowl, add dressing and mix.
Refrigerate overnight.
Before serving, mix and drain excess liquid.
You may want to add additional salt.
