Leek Potato Soup

Leek Potato Soup

1 lg. leek, chopped
3 tbsp. butter
2 cans cream of potato soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup

Saute leek in butter.

In large pot, combine the cream of potato, chicken and celery soup with the requested water.

Add leeks.

Simmer Leek Potato Soup on low for approximately 30 minutes.

Stir often.

Top with fresh ground black pepper.

This can be simmered in a crock pot on low for 4 hours or so.
