
Tomato Bocconcini Salad
3 sliced tomatoes
1/2 pound sliced bocconcini
Chopped fresh basil
Sea salt and pepper to taste
Extra virgin olive oil
Balsamic vinegar
Arrange the tomotoes on a plate with the slices of bocconcini on top
Sprinkle the basil, salt and pepper over top
Drizzle the olive oil and balsamic vinegar over top of the Tomato Bocconcini Salad
